1. The program
Enso FM Work Order Alerts. Enso FM is an after-hours work-order desk for facility maintenance and trade contractors. When a call, text, or email comes in outside business hours, the desk takes the details and attempts the customer’s configured notification path.
This is an operational program. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages on this number.
2. Who receives messages
Two groups, on two different bases.
Enrolled recipients: opt-in required.
- Technicians on a customer’s on-call roster: the people a shop has designated to take after-hours work.
- Dispatchers and shop staff at the customer’s own business.
These are employees or contractors of the business. Neither group receives operational alerts until it has opted in. A technician whose number is entered by an employer may receive at most one confirmation request after the employer records the attestation described in section 4; that request is not a work-order alert. A dispatcher enters their own number and gives consent directly in the application.
People who text a shop’s line first: a reply to their own message.
The same number is how a shop’s customers reach it. If you text an Enso FM line to report a problem or reply to a message about a job you raised, you will get an automated reply in that conversation, because a message that goes unanswered is the failure the service exists to prevent. Those replies are answers to a conversation you started. They are never unsolicited, they concern only the matter you wrote in about, and they stop when the conversation does. You can end one at any time by replying STOP.
Enso does not buy, rent, or import phone number lists from any source, and does not send marketing to either group.
3. What we send
To enrolled recipients, three message types and nothing else:
- New work order: a job has come in, with the site and a one-line summary.
- Assignment: a work order has been assigned to you, with site access notes.
- Escalation: a job has gone unanswered and is being escalated to on-call.
To someone who has texted the line, a reply in that conversation may be an acknowledgement, a question needed to log the job properly, or confirmation of what happens next.
4. How consent is collected
Consent is collected inside the Enso FM application at app.ensofm.ai, behind a customer login.
Consent for operational alerts is collected in two steps. The recorded employer attestation permits only the single confirmation request below. Both steps must be completed before Enso sends a work-order, assignment, or escalation alert.
Step one: the shop confirms. When a shop adds a person to its on-call roster, it enters that person’s mobile number and must check a box that is unchecked by default. The box reads:
I confirm this person has agreed to receive text messages from Enso FM about work orders and on-call assignments. We will text them once to confirm before sending anything else. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Step two: you confirm from your own phone. Checking that box permits exactly one message and nothing else: a text asking you to confirm for yourself.
Enso FM: [Shop name] added you to their on-call roster. Reply YES to receive work-order alerts, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply.
No work-order alerts are sent unless you reply YES. If you never reply, you never hear from us again. If you reply STOP, the number is added to our do-not-contact list immediately.
Both steps are recorded with the version of these terms, the date and time, and the account that gave the attestation for step one.
Dispatchers and shop staff
Staff at a customer’s own business enrol themselves. A dispatcher adds their own mobile number under Settings › Notifications and, in the same place, checks a box that is unchecked by default:
I agree to receive text messages from Enso FM about work orders on this account at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
There is no confirmation text for this one, and it does not need one: unlike a technician’s number, which their employer types in, this is a person entering their own number after being told what will be sent. That is agreement given directly.
A staff mobile entered by anyone else, including another administrator or Enso support, is not texted. It appears in that person’s own settings marked as entered for them, and stays unused until they agree to the disclosure themselves. Changing or removing a number clears its consent, so agreement is always given by the person whose phone it is, for the number it is given against.
Not a condition of purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from Enso, and it is separate from acceptance of our Terms of Service.
5. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how much after-hours work a shop receives. Messages are event-driven. A recipient gets one when a job comes in, is assigned to them, or is escalated to them. A quiet week may produce none.
6. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Enso does not charge recipients for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
7. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further operational messages after that. Replying START does not by itself restore operational alerts. Ask the shop that enrolled you to start a fresh enrolment. Enso will require new consent before any operational alert can resume; no alert is restored automatically merely because you send START.
You may also ask the shop that enrolled you to remove you from its on-call roster, or contact us at support@ensointegration.ai.
8. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@ensointegration.ai.
9. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and on conditions outside Enso’s control.
10. Supported carriers
The program runs on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their resellers. Carrier support may change.
11. Privacy
Information collected for this program is handled under our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and are never sold or rented under any circumstances.
