About
Built for the shop that answers at 2am.
Enso FM is the work-order side of Enso — an after-hours desk that takes the call, opens the job, and texts the crew, so the owner isn't the night dispatcher.
Why it exists
Maintenance and trade vendors carry a phone every night. A burst pipe, a rooftop unit down, a fire-panel trouble signal — the call lands on a personal cell or a voicemail box, the truck rolls without the details, and by morning there's no record. Enso FM answers that line, asks the few questions that decide what happens next, opens a work order, and notifies the person you name. You set the rules; the desk runs them.
How it fits with Enso
Enso builds AI voice, email, and text agents for the property world. The property-management product handles leasing and resident coordination; Enso FM applies the same agents to the vendor side — after-hours intake, dispatch, and close-out. The two share a company and an approach, not an account.
How we build
- Vendor-first. The desk is something a shop buys and configures itself — no waiting to be invited.
- Honest about scope. Enso is a desk and a router, not a monitoring station, not the authority having jurisdiction, not a licensed trade.
- Priced on work done. Metered by the jobs the desk handles — never by doors, units, or sites.
