Your plan counts the work orders (jobs) Enso handled that month — intake, dispatch, field update, or close. A job is counted once per month no matter how many calls or texts it takes.
We do not price by units, doors, keys, beds, sites, or square footage. Seats are a cap on your team, not the price.
Every plan includes a published pool of voice minutes and SMS segments. If you burn past the pool, overage is on minutes and segments — never on extra doors.
